Hiya folks!
Other than freelancing, I've been taking Erik D. Martin's Digital Painting classes over at CGMA.
I totally recommend taking this class if you want to improve on your digital painting skills.

Clothes and...I CHALLENGE um MYSELF!
Finally participated in the 100 part art challenge tagged on by Deyanira Babcock. She's pretty far in the challenge, check out her stuff! :D
FIRST CHALLENGE!
1. Draw an image, copy it three times and colour each differently/with different colors. Bonus!: use different media for each
I wish I can say I that I wear cute stuff everyday. Actually partake in 'What I Wore' like artists Viet-My Bui and Tiffany Ford. But...

Pretty fun start! Hehe they look like they're doing the can-can! The left one took a bit more time than the other two.
So long that it kept me from the other challenges lol
Anyways...
warning: conceited stuff ahead
I must confess. I'm a total clothes fiend. The girly girl in me loves dainty lace tops and skirts.

I don't.
Due to freelancing, my wardrobe consists of comfy sweatpants.

or loose tank tops.
And I'm practically a homebody. Maybe I should wear nice clothes at home or not?
Screw it, I will! :D
funfact: I have the the clothes in the colored picture.
another funfact: I barely wear them.

Winning
My competitve side decided to enter the drawing contests at SketchTheatre.
I feel humbled to be in the winners circle for two months in a row among the highly talented entrants. Gives me a warm and semi-narcissistic feeling :D

January Theme: Spelunker (or cave dweller)
Huh.... he looks kinda familiar...

February Theme: Zombie Love! (excuse the romantic gore)
Should I feel guilty for wanting to submit every month? Hmm....
