Last CGMA assignments and X-MAS

Time flies by so quickly!
Here are the last two assignments of CGMA.
I really liked this class and I'm a bit sad that it's over.

Looking at the BG concepts... my final has a more happier mood than the preliminaries. I really wanted to tackle a darker mood but WHATEVS. I've barely painted a bg before and now I feel like I can tackle the world! Muahahaha!

Oh yes.. and Merry X-mas! Or Happy Holidays :)

Urgghgh it's cupcake time!

So week 5's assignment for CGMA's Digital Painting class is to paint a robot.
aljfafjgkhkalaahhhgghh Robots are so damn hard to conceptualize.
I thought "Oooh a robot that bakes cupcakes would be an awesome idea"

I wanted to saw my hands off.

- but it was an interesting challenge for sure. Makes me wanna draw another robot... but later on when I recover. hahaha

And.....It's the holiday season you guys! I'm excited to be listening to Xmas carols and drinking lots of peppermint mocha. YAY!

Why so serious busy?

Hiya folks!

Other than freelancing, I've been taking Erik D. Martin's Digital Painting classes over at CGMA.
I totally recommend taking this class if you want to improve on your digital painting skills.

Also... I'll be attending CTN this weekend! I'm super excited and I wanna show my work to some artists and industry people (but my stomach is doing somersaults as well just thinking about it).
